The Joint Commission Health Care Staffing Certification
50 States Staffing Awarded The Joint Commission Certification
The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations has awarded 50 States Staffing the Health Care Staffing Services Certification.
In order to meet this certification, 50 States Staffing complies with national standards addressing how travel nurse staffing agencies determine the qualifications and competency of their staff, how they place their staff, and how they monitor their staff’s performance.
The shortage of nurses and other health care professionals has required health care facilities to fill positions with temporary workers through contractual arrangements with travel nursing agencies. The Joint Commission certification program offers an independent, complete evaluation of a health care staffing agency's abilities to provide proficient staffing services; in this case a travel nursing agency.
“We're very proud to receive The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval. This certification recognizes 50 States Staffing's commitment to providing nurses and allied health professionals that are skilled to provide safe, high-quality care to patients ,” says Robert L. Bok, Chief Executive Officer of 50 States Staffing.
