- Mexican and Canadian physical therapists, occupational thearpists, and nurses must be citizens of these countries.

- Applicant must hold a license in the U.S. state / province where the applicant intends to practice.
- Have a confirmed job (physical therapy job, occuptaional therapy job, or travel nurse job) with a U.S. employer (applicant cannot be self-employed).
Mexican and Canadian NAFTA Professionals Seeking U.S. Employment Must Meet State Board Education and License Requirements
- Visit the FSBPT website for a complete list of U.S.A. state licensing authorities and find out if your state board license is active and/or how to obtain licensure in the state you wish to practice.
- Obtain a VisaScreen® Certificate.
